Campaign for BoldBrick Smart Homes -- Wakanda Kuje, a presale property campaign for an AI-enabled smart home development in Kuchako, Kuje Area Council, FCT Abuja. The brief was to launch a new estate into a competitive Abuja property market and drive presale interest from aspirational buyers who want more than a house. The campaign is built around the line 'A Home Worth Coming Back To': a promise about feeling, not just square footage. Architectural renders, day and night executions, and oversized typography give the campaign range across social formats while selling a lifestyle before selling a property.
